  1. I’m so sorry about your tire…that is the PITS!!! That knife looks scary too!!

Oh, I LOVE 80’s music……..I would be dancing and cleaning away!!

Those letters you commented on are from Hobby Lobby and I got them when they went on one of their 50% off sales so they were right at $1.00 each normal price is $1.99. Hope you can get some.

  2. I totally feel your pain. About a month ago we were on our way to my FIL 70th birthday party when we hit some debris in the road. Well is ripped a hole in our gas tank (that we had just barely filled) and gas was going all over the freeway. We had to get out of our van because of the gas going everywhere and stand on the side of the freeway. So, did anyone help to stop the stranded family with two kids and a baby on the side of the freeway? Of course not. FInally and police man stopped who called the fire department, what a day. Sorry to be so long winded. Thanks for stopping by my blog, I love your home your have some beautiful things.

I had this happen to me just about a month ago. It was some kind of metal bolt thing that was huge! The tire shop couldn’t even believe that it pierced my tire bz it was flat. They said my front tires must have hit it and flung it just right and it imbedded in the back tire when I ran over it. I hate the fact that the price of gas makes the price of tires so outrageous too bz they use petroleum to make them. At least I think the tire guy said petroleoum. Anyway I’m glad someone finally stopped to help. And YAY for Rubbermaid! It’s saved my neck with my water problems. I can hardly wait to see your house all decked out for fall.

  4. Eeek! That’s a strange thing to be lying in the road! Can’t believe none of the people stopped to help you!!! Sorry you have to buy a new tire – it’s never fun to have an unexpected expense like that!

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog to welcome me back!

  6. I’m so sorry to hear about that, I can relate. My hubby left town, and a few hours later my daughter and I had a flat tire. I hate that! But we did have people stop by to check on us. That was a huge blessing. You kind of feel undone when this happens.
I hope your weekend turned around!
    Blessings, Debbie
